Is pricing per user?

No. Each plan is a flat monthly price for the company and includes a set number of users, active projects and clients, shown on each plan above.

Which plan includes pay applications in the G702/G703 format?

Every plan. Pay applications, schedules of values, retainage, change orders, job costing, WIP reporting, lien waiver and insurance tracking, and certified payroll are in all plans.

What does Professional add?

Professional adds estimating, budgets and variance reporting, e-signatures, the vendor portal, automated reminders, the Business Health Report and AI document extraction, with higher limits on users, projects and storage.

Is fractional accounting included?

No. Fractional bookkeeping and accounting is a separate, optional service billed apart from the software.
